Stated plainly
Every supplier claims quality and reliability. These are the specific things we do differently, and what each one saves you.
Supply and installation on one contract
No split responsibility between a trader and an installer. If the glass is wrong or the fit is wrong, it is the same company answering for it.
Site dimensions, not drawing dimensions
We survey the opening before anything is cut. Fabricating to nominal drawings is how packages arrive on site 15 mm out and sit in a container for three weeks.
Specification advice before you order
Which build-ups hold up in a Gulf summer, which details leak, and what a consultant will reject at submittal — we will tell you before it is fabricated, not after.
Drawings and coordination handled here
Shop and production drawings are prepared in-house and submitted for approval, so the interface with the main contractor stays with one party.
Lead times quoted per package
Stock sheet moves faster than a fabricated façade. We give you the actual lead time for what you are ordering rather than a headline figure.
One contact from enquiry to handover
The person who prices the job stays on it. You are not re-explaining the scope to a different department at every stage.
Site safety practices on every installation
Access, lifting and working-at-height procedures applied on the installations we carry out, in line with site requirements.
Set up for enquiries from outside the UAE
Dubai is a working trading base. Buyers, distributors and contractors in the GCC, North Africa and Europe are quoted on the same terms, with despatch arranged per order.
One contract instead of a coordination problem
Supply and installation sit together
When material supply and installation are split between two companies, the gap between them is where programme and responsibility tend to get lost. Holding both removes that gap.
Specification carries through
What is agreed at procurement stage is what our own fabrication and installation teams work to. Nothing is re-interpreted by a third party downstream.
Sequencing is ours to manage
Procurement, fabrication and site works are scheduled against one another rather than negotiated between separate parties after the fact.
Who we supply
We supply main contractors, subcontractors, fabricators, interior fit-out companies, consultants, architects, developers and project owners — anyone specifying or buying aluminium, glass or cladding for a UAE building.
Requirements vary from a cutting schedule for a workshop to a full façade package that needs surveying, drawing, fabricating and installing. Both are quoted the same way: tell us the scope and you get pricing, availability and a lead time we can hold.
